A snapshot of the role:
Weber Shandwick is looking for a talented Digital Manager to join our team in Manchester.
This is a client-facing role where you will be exposed to a varied client portfolio and will play a key role in the delivery of high-profile digital and social communications campaigns across multiple markets. What you’ll be doing:
- Manage multiple digital and social work streams across various client accounts
- Engage with senior leaders to unlock organic growth opportunities
- Lead client digital evaluation and reporting and develop insights
- Oversee and craft social content to the highest standard
- Be experienced in digital and social platforms relevant to your specialism this can include but is not exclusive of Hootsuite, Talkwalker, Google Analytics/GA4, and Meltwater
- Demonstrate high capabilities in a broad spectrum of digital marketing
- Manage and report on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X) and LinkedIn ad campaigns
- Work autonomously on client work and is able to self-check work
- Lead and/or heavily contribute on client calls
- Influencer identification and talent management
Who are you?
- Previous experience in digital marketing and social media management, ideally with some time spent in an agency
- Fluency in digital and social media platforms, tools and solutions
- Experience working with multiple disciplines and specialists to deliver integrated campaigns
- Strong copywriting experience and developing a range of social media content
- Familiarity with quantitative analytics and an ability to set and evaluate campaign metrics
- Strong presentation skills and a desire and experience being involved in new business pitching
- Experience developing and managing campaigns and being a day-to-day lead for clients, with a track record of providing strategic counsel
- Be an excellent communicator and possess exceptional writing skills
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for the client, practice and team
