ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Manager, your mission will be to bring magic to the development and delivery of cutting-edge medical education and communications projects. From overseeing the development and delivery of a broad range of medical education and communications projects and events to leading a full range of activities, including managing event logistics and production, faculty identification and management, and delivering educational materials and publications, you'll have a hand in it all. Your passion for innovation will shine through as you spearhead both small and large-scale events, making a real difference from start to finish.
What makes you the perfect fit for this role? Well, if you've got a degree under your belt and at least 7 years of experience in medical education and healthcare communications, you're off to a flying start! Agency experience is a huge plus, and if you come with a scientific background, consider yourself our superstar!
PERSON PROFILE
- Scientific/Medical/Health-related Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Scientific medical background desirable, with 7+ years related professional experience, comfortable with the scientific nature of our work.
- Ability to successfully present program recommendations, and establish relationships with senior clients as a trusted advisor
- Possesses superb execution and management skills: specifically, the ability to allocate resources effectively, structure teams and deliver programs with excellence.
- Has experienced in managing and grooming junior staff, advising senior clients and being responsible for delivery of programs on time, and on budget with superior results
- Has a deep background and proven ability to create and manage large events and communications projects
