We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a background in B2B/B2C Technology to join our team in Seoul. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic PR campaigns for Technology clients, as well as a deep understanding of the consumer Technology industry and the issues that affect it. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and implementing PR strategies, and overseeing the work of a team of PR professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic PR plans and campaigns for B2B/B2C clients
- Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Oversee the work of a team of PR professionals, providing guidance and direction as needed
- Conduct research and analysis to inform PR strategies and tactics
- Write and edit press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials
- Cultivate relationships with key media contacts and influencers in the Technology space
- Monitor media coverage and provide regular updates to clients
- Identify and manage potential issues and crises that may arise for clients
- Coordinate and manage events and other PR activities
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on PR activities and results to clients
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in PR, with at least 2-3 years of working in a agency environment
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful PR campaigns, ideally for a global audience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Experience in mentoring junior memebers and collabortaing effectively with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Willingness to travel as needed
